HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Permission to Exhale uses a sliding scale to determine hourly pricing. Fees are based on yearly income. We strongly believe that therapy should be affordable and accessible to every person willing and interested in improving their life. If money is an issue, give us a call.

WHAT IS A LICENSED MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPY ASSOCIATE?

An LMFTA is a person who has received their Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and passed the state licensing exam. To reach full licensure an LMFTA must complete a number of hours under the supervision of a fully licensed supervisor. Dr. Lauren Barron serves as the supervisor for Austin's work at Permission to Exhale. Dr. Barron received her doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M and has broad experience working with a diverse range of clients.

DO YOU OFFER TELEHEALTH?

Permission to Exhale offers both telehealth and in-person sessions. For telehealth we use a secure, HIPPA compliant platform called SimplePractice to ensure your confidentiality.
